High-end Equipment Manufacturing Enterprise Technological Innovation’ Matching Research With Innovation Team Competency For Feature

The world is an era of rapid economic and social development, the whole era of knowledge and economy relies on the development of technology and knowledge innovation. The technological innovation team is the main power to promote the development of the times, not only can improve the technological innovation ability of enterprises, but also can improve economic efficiency, even can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. High-end equipment manufacturing industry with high value and high technical features, its rapid development also needs the promotion of technological innovation.This paper mainly analyses the factors which influence the technology innovation power of the equipment manufacturing enterprises, and then establish the index system of the matching research.Then through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis in turn, this article builds matching research model of innovative team competency oriented technological innovation.It can provide theoretical basis to enhance the innovative team and the technological innovation-oriented matching effectiveness degree and smoothly push high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise development.Eventually from the point of view of practical significance, the countermeasures and suggestions for enterprise technological innovation are put forward.First, this paper elaborates the research background and significance of the research, and analysis domestic and foreign research present situation of the high-end equipment manufacturing industry, the power of technological innovation, innovation team competency, matching effectiveness this four aspects.And then it introduces the research methods and theoretical basis to lay the foundation for the selection of the standard system.Secondly, the article proposes the index systemh of the matching effectiveness research based on the ten factors of technological According to the theory of literature analysis and combined with expert scoring method, it initially proposes the 10 dimensions factors oriented technological innovation and 47 competency characteristic elements of innovative team. A survey questionnaire was made based on the proposed index system and the data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis.Then we obtain 9 common factors and propose a conceptual model for the matching effectiveness research.Finally, the data collected by the survey questionnaire is analyzed through descriptive statistics analysis, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire test and structure equation of conceptual model of confirmatory factor analysis.Then the research assignments on the variable, calculates the matching effectiveness weights and the calculation method of the matching effectiveness score, finally the reasonable countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
