Research On Ideological And Political Work Of Employees Of State-owned Construction Enterprise In Shanxi Province

In recent years, with the rapid development of enterprise reform and the rapid momentum of the market economy, the construction industry is at a crossroads, facing rare opportunities and unprecedented difficulties: the government attaches great importance to the construction industry, the list of key projects is included in the government report; the strategic planning of One Belt And One Road continues to be pushed; the theme of "Internet +" and the reform of state-owned enterprises are in the making; "big Time" of mergers and acquisitions has been coming; PPP Mode of cooperation between government and enterprises opened the curtain; At the same time, the real estate industry was over-dispersion and over-investment, increasing inventory pressure; the increase of labor cost and the lack of high-level technical personnel, and so on. These are making the rate of construction industry growth fell to single figures, the growth rate of some provinces is negative growth. State-owned construction enterprises have to actively respond to the opportunities and challenges, we must give play to the ideological and political work "lifeline" role, promote the reform and development of state-owned construction enterprises, by strengthening the ideological and political work.This paper mainly uses the literature method to study and analyze the academic achievement of scholars on this subject before. This paper also uses the survey research method by taking Shanxi Province as an example, to know the current situation of ideological and political work in state-owned construction enterprises. There are five sections in the full text. The first part is the introduction, which elaborates the research background and research significance, refines some related theory, research status and the related results from some scholars’ study both at home and abroad, and then clarifies ideas, framework, the research method, main points and innovation points of this paper. The second part is mainly the related concepts and theoretical basis. It defines the meaning of the ideological and political work in state-owned construction enterprises; the theoretical basis of ideological and political work in state-owned construction enterprises has two categories: the first one is the theory of Marxist classical writers, including the dialectical relationship between social existence and social consciousness, between political and economic, and the theory of human essence and full development; the second is the related theory of ideological and political work with Chinese characteristics, including correctly dealing with contradictions among the people, and the theory of the socialist core value system. The third part mainly analyzes the necessity of the ideological and political work in state-owned construction enterprises. Firstly, it talks the particularity of the ideological and political work in state-owned construction enterprises. Secondly it discusses the meaning of the ideological and political work. The fourth part, through the field visits to ideological and political work in Shanxi a construction co., LTD, analyzes the current situation in state-owned construction enterprises, summarizes the existing problems, namely the problems existing in the political work persons, staffs themselves, the weakening of ideological and political work, the ideological and political work content being one-sided, old and traditional way, imperfect mechanism of ideological and political work. The fifth part explores the way of the ideological and political work in state-owned construction enterprises in Shanxi Province. In view of the problems found, this paper puts forward some feasible measures to improve the efficiency of the state-owned construction enterprise ideological and political work, improve the level of administrative team and staff quality, improve scientific understanding for the importance of ideological and political work, rich content, innovate methods and perfect the work mechanism of ideological and political work of stateowned construction enterprises.Through the study of this subject, we can provide some theoretical reference for the state-owned construction enterprise ideological and political work, innovate their ideological and political work system, create a good benefit for the state-owned construction enterprise, get more benefits to the nation and accelerate the process of building a harmonious socialist society.
