At present, the global warming as the main characteristics of the climate change has been the fact that does not dispute, thus to human impact on various aspects of the increasingly significant, among them, the high attention by people, including the impact of climate change on agricultural production. China is an agricultural country, agriculture is the most directly affected by the climate one of the most vulnerable ecosystems, climate change impact on agricultural production and food security in China is to be reckoned with, therefore, in the face of climate change to seek countermeasures to ensure food security is a major issue.Wheat production in huang-huai-hai area as an example, this study uses the straight line moving average method, multiple regression, principal component analysis(pca), such as model, using the relevant statistical software, and combining the theory of industrial structure, and the theory of supply and demand balance theory to study the effects of climate change on wheat production. On the basis of the research results at the same time, the representative area to further simulation forecast in 2020 the influence of climate change on China’s grain security. Finally for related agricultural sector and the government put forward reasonable Suggestions.
