Research On The Problem Of Software Development Process Management Of A Company

With the progress of time, science and technology have been widely used in various industries. Along with market competition intensifying, more and more companies realize the high quality and high efficiency plays a key role in enhancing enterprise market competitiveness. But in actual development process will encounter many kinds of problems, such as high cost, schedule delays, quality is difficult to control and other issues. Appear this kind of situation, on the one hand are objective reasons, such as force majeure, capital factors, the key technology can’t break out etc. But the main cause of project failure is caused by R&D process management problems. For example, the change of requirements is out of control, planning is not scientific, R&D process lack of Guideline. So how to strengthen the R&D process management, how to select the appropriate management methods, and improve software development performance have become a hot spot for theoretical research and product development practice. And then generate a lot of management theories and methods.At first, this paper reviews the background and current situation of the software development industry, and introduces some theories and methods of software development process management, such as waterfall model, Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI), unified software process and agile management method. According to the concrete practice of A company, the thesis considers the CMMI model as the theoretical basis of process management. After analyzing the software development process of A, we found that the main problems existed in the software development process, including requirements management, schedule management and human costs. At last, according to the CMMI model, the corresponding solution is given for each problem, and the development process of the management software is given.
