| The medium and small software enterprises have a great important role in software industry in China .But the lack of standardization management in the process of software design and development has restricted the competence in word software market. It is high time to study the process management and formulate the management standards for software development in medium and small software enterprises.The development process and current situation of medium and small software enterprises in China has been studied. The features and key problems exiting in software developing process management have been analyzed. With the comparison of several management model and standards, the basic thinking and methods has been explored to solve the problems in software process management.1. Through analyzing the present actual conditions and existing problem of software enterprises of our country, the key reason that the enterprise's competitiveness of software lacks lies in the substandard software process management. Process thinking and the management ideas of other fields has been used in organization change, in order to promote the transition from task thinking to process thinking.Process foundation of medium and small software enterprises is relatively weak, the majority is still in initial level. So medium and small software enterprises can consult mature CMM/CMMI model and thought, and implement standardized software process management regarding maturity level 2, 3 as breakthrough point2. Standard software process of medium and small software enterprises has been founded referring to the key process areas of level 2,3 of CMMI-SE/SW V1.1 staged model, and of such relevant level of the model as CMM , CSCMM , SPP ,etc.On the basis of process analyzing, consulting CMM/CMMI model and thought, the software process management framework based on CMM/CMMI has been founded from 6 dimensions such as process, organization, culture, management, human resources, technology and tool, offer some guides and supports for process management of medium and small software enterprises.3. Promote the CMMI application through explaining the development background, basic thought and advantage. Different kinds of organizations can choose suitable CMMI discipline model and model representation according to one's own characteristic, and realize the transition to CMMI.Through the research discussion of these three respects, have offered some thinking and enlightenment for the fact that medium and small software enterprises solve the problem of process management. It is to be helped that more work and research to be done to promote the process management levels of software enterprises in China. |
