Research On Development Of Collaborative Innovation Of New Industries Of Zhongguancun And Binhai New Area

With the joint development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei rises to national strategic level, the integration is becoming the focus of attention again. Emerging industries has significant technological innovation potential in development, China’s industrial upgrading and achievement of economic growth within the biochemistry of the inevitable choice, it is valuable to study the development of strategic emerging industries.This paper stands on the background of the integration,attempts to the comparing of the study in Zhongguancun and the Binhai New Area strategic emerging industries of their development goals, focus areas, the development of basic, etc., the feasibility and the coordinated development of strategic emerging industries;By analyzing the connotation of the Binhai New Area and Zhongguancun strategic emerging industries; Doing the summary of Beijing and Tianjin by the two governments between the government and the current development of synergies between the government and schools, etc., summed up into development model of collaborative innovation in emerging industries of Zhongguancun and the Binhai New Area,and then constructe the development model of collaborative innovation of Zhongguancun and the Binhai New Area, improve the Binhai New Area of Zhongguancun and emerging industry collaborative innovation operation mechanism. By constructing new industrial innovation synergy index system of Zhongguancun and the Binhai New Area, building subsystems degree of order to evaluate the extent of collaborative model of technological innovation system, and through the data of the Binhai New Area and Zhongguancun, calculating the respective innovation synergy of emerging industries and for every two of the regional focus on the development of new industries, and then calculate the degree of innovation synergy and the Binhai New Area of Zhongguancun between emerging industries, and the results are analyzed. Ultimately, giving some possible policy recommendations through regional cooperation, institutional mechanisms construction of proposed joint development of innovation of Zhongguancun and the Binhai New Area.
