Therefore, it must press the independence innovation, promote the economy with upgrade of science and technology and innovation of technology to build the area as a base of research and transform around the Bohai Bay area if the BinHai new area wants to change the development mode. And the area can pull the development of economy of Tianjin, radiate and drive the development of the all around of Bohai Bay area just in this way.This thesis researches the status of the development of Tianjin economy, analyzes the status of BinHai new area and the orientation in Tianjin development from the relative theory of the science and technology park.
