The Empirical Study On The Management Performance Of Working Capital In Household Appliance Manufacturing Industry

Working capital management is an important part of enterprise financial management, and it is closely related to the solvency, profitability, operation ability and risk control ability. As the "blood" of the enterprise, the management of working capital is related to the survival of the enterprise and whether it can maintain the normal operation. Household appliance manufacturing industry is closely related to the national life in manufacturing industry, and it has the fastest development and has the most intense competition in the past 30 years in traditional industries. With the progress of the development of economy and technology, home appliance manufacturing industry has variety products, bristly brands and fierce competition, so the profit space is getting smaller and smaller. Home appliances market has been in the serious oversupply of a buyer’s market, the center of gravity of the household electrical appliance industry supply chain started to transfer to retailer. The core position of manufacturers has been hit, so that the plight of the home appliance manufacturing enterprises. Facing the challenge by core enterprise status in the supply chain and the rise of the fierce competition and the large downstream vendors, how to allocate resources, in order to ensure the relationship between cash flow smoothly and maintain good and upstream and downstream related community of interests to ensure capital of high mobility and high profit of the whole supply chain to do business and to maximize the efficiency of working capital management, is the focus of attention of the enterprise capital management activities. Therefore, it has important significance to study the performance of working capital management of household electrical appliance manufacturing company.On the basis of research results at home and abroad, this paper select China’s home appliance manufacturing industry listed company 2012-2014 data as a research sample to conduct empirical research, analysis of factors related to the working capital management performance. Through the research and analysis of this paper, it is concluded that the supplier’s credit period have a negative correlation with working capital management of procurement, the level of product management have a positive correlation with working capital management of production and customer credit period have a positive correlation with working capital management of marketing channels. Therefore, the household electrical appliance manufacturing enterprises can start with the corresponding influencing factors of strategic analysis and decision-making, and improve the management performance of the working capital of enterprises.
