The Industrial Development Of Lanzhou New Area In The Silk Road Economic Belt Construction

August 2012, Lanzhou New Area approved as a National New Area. September 2013, the General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward a strategic building "Silk Road Economic Belt". Proposed as a national strategy, Silk Road Economic Belt provides a rare historical opportunity for the development of Lanzhou new area, but for Lanzhou New Area which is an important node of Silk Road Economic Belt have many problem currently: the low degree of opening market, the slow process of the market, industry diseconomies of scale, simple industrial structure. In response to this situation, how to seize this rare historical opportunity and momentum to expand its openness, Lanzhou New Area should change the land and energy resources advantages into comparative advantage characteristic industry, and change the regional advantages into the internal external and opening up development of east and west. Make full use of international markets and international resources, increase research and innovation efforts to adjust industrial structure, improve the industrial development policy, and explore a new way of industrial development. Industrial development of Lanzhou new Area has a very important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, the Silk Road Economic Belt Construction as the background, I research the industrial development issues of Lanzhou New Area. Introduction mainly introduces the background and significance of the research, academic research status, research content, the basic framework of ideas and research methods. The second chapter related concepts, the article describes the theoretical basis of the research, as research logical starting point.
