A Thesis On The Construction Of Central Cities In Northwest China Under The Background Of The Silk Road Economic Belt

Central city construction is the key point of regional economic development.Promoting the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt is a major strategic measure for China's social and economic development.This proposed strategy has brought unprecedented opportunities for the development of the urban agglomerations along the city,and put forward higher requirements for the function and construction of the central cities along the line.In this background,this paper aims to analyze the development in Silk Road Economic Belt Chinese section of Northwest along the three most representative of the central city Xi'an,Lanzhou and Urumqi,combined with the location entropy flow model,city development potential and strength of city.With political economics space"economic-space-politics" three-in-one logic system,study the existing process of city construction along the center of the problem with empirical data,finally puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Specifically,this paper first combed the relevant concepts and characteristics of the Silk Road Economic Zone and the central city,the macro analysis of the existing literature and make a summary evaluation.Secondly,this paper expounds the theoretical basis of the theory of growth pole,the theory of spatial political economy,the theory of regional economic cooperation and the theory of location entropy.Furthermore,the location entropy and city development potential index calculation,I make a comprehensive analysis on the development orientation in the background of Xi'an,Lanzhou and Urumqi Silk Road Economic Belt from the two aspects of development status and development potential of Xi'an,Lanzhou and Urumqi.Then,by calculating the Krugman specialization coefficient,and the necessity of constructing the feasibility analysis and industrial cooperation zone collaborative demonstration of Xi'an,Lanzhou and Urumqi suggestions for the industry.Finally,combined with the analysis of the process of the construction of the existing main Xi'an,Lanzhou and Urumqi problem,this paper focuses on six aspects of "industrial innovation+tourism expansion+transportation system+spatial equity+Industrial cooperation zone+regional integration" and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In order to form Xi'an-Lanzhou-Urumqi industrial cooperation promotion center city development,as well as for the Silk Road Economic Belt construction quality and efficiency,explore the new mode of international cooperation across the region,and promote the harmonious development of Silk Road Economic Belt.
