Personnel Recruitment Strategy And Recruitment Process Optimization Research For GANSU Electric Power Corp.

In the era of information economy, human resource has become the first resource of the organization, talent has become the core of the enterprise competition. According the domestic and foreign current situation of the development of enterprise human resources management, the traditional recruitment is comparatively mature theoretical study and system design. The recruitment and selection of employees, is the enterprise human resources management system and basic work for the construction of talent team. It directly affects the quality of enterprise talent recruitment and selection processes. Therefore, how to recruit talents of high quality is we have to face and solve the problem, is also this research need to solve the problem. In this dissertation, on the basis of the theory of human resource management, combined with human resources information for GANSU electric power corp. In State Grid, made the company personnel recruitment strategies, and for the optimization design of the recruitment process.This dissertation consists of six parts: the first part introduces the significance, structure,content and research methods and ideas. The second part reviews the related theory of recruitment.The third part analyzes situation and problems for GANSU electric power corp. In State Grid,finds out the company staff recruitment problems and cause analysis. The fourth part, according to the company’s business development strategy and human resources strategy, formulate reasonable recruitment strategy for the company. The fifth part for the company to provide the beneficial attempt to solve the existing problems. The sixth part gives a summary and puts forward some proposals to the next step research.
