In the era of knowledge economy,intellectual capital is all the more important to the company.People are the core of company strategy.Because the knowledge and experience people mastered become the key factor in corporate strategy success.Therefore,human resource has become the first element of enterprise development.Recruitment is the base and starts point of HR.It is much more difficult for startups than other normal companies to get proper people hired,due to the small platform,limited influence,poor working conditions and increasingly fierce global human resources market.As internet startup company L company facing the vast gap between talent demands and insufficient input of qualified candidates.Furthermore,ineffective interview process wastes the already scarce candidate resources.Continuous low performance in recruitment has seriously restricted the company development.By collecting and analyzing the L Company overall recruitment strategy,and combining with interview theory,HR interview method and my 10 years of HR related experience,I found t that L company current recruitment strategies exist the following problems: Lack instruction of job description in the process of hiring execution;inefficiency in first round interview;recruitment process could not be continuously upgraded due to the lack of after hire evaluation process;lack of detailed recruitment process design;recruitment participants is not professional;inefficiency in the use of present recruitment channel;did not make use of campus and social network recruitment channels which could bring great number of candidates.Further analyze,I found that those problems can be solved by optimizing recruitment process and channels.As foundation of HR recruitment,optimized recruitment process and channel strategy can ensure a sufficient supply of high quality talents for the company strategy implementation.Based on the problems of L company recruitment policy and quick demands of a large number of high quality talents for supporting of rapid grows of the company,drawing lesson from the advance experience,combining HR recruitment theories and tools,I designed the L company recruitment channels and process optimization strategy.L company optimization recruitment channel strategy includes: Better use of the existing highquality recruitment channel by matching job requirements and channels and enhancing the internal recommendation and internal transfers;provide a powerful talent guarantee by adding new recruitment channel of campus hire and social network recruitment;L company optimization recruitment process strategy includes: adding job analysis and job description at the before recruitment stage;enhancing L company total interview professional degree through strengthening process and training interviewer,in recruitment execution stage;Ensuring a good after recruitment follow up and analyze work.I also list out the essential measures to ensure the smooth execution of optimized channel and process strategy.The elements includes:The leadership support and attention;adequate financial support;sufficient number of stuff involve in;effective training;a smooth implementation and feedback system.
