Industry is the cornerstone of economic development.How to improve the efficiency of industrial production has long been a hot problem in industrial economy research.The total industrial output value of Yunnan Province increased by 184.46 times compared with that in 1978,industrial progress is obvious.But it cannot be ignored that there still exist low efficiency of technology,remarkable regional difference,imbalanced industrial structure and high energy consumption of the unit in the process of industrial development in Yunnan province.The 13 th Five-Year Plan proposed that we should speed up the industrialization of Yunnan Province from low-end to high-end change.Focus on adjusting the industrial structure,promoting the modernization of traditional industries and the scale of the new industries.It is observed that it is necessary to improve the efficiency of industrial production in Yunnan whatever it is realistic or policy.In this paper,the three-stage DEA-Malmquist index method is used to calculate the industrial production efficiency of Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2014,and analyzes the reason for the difference of industrial production efficiency in each state.The article includes the following four sections:(1)Through coordinating the related literature at home and abroad industrial production efficiency,we can understand the theory and method of studying industrial production efficiency.(2)Related to define the concept of the efficiency of industrial technology,and analyze the factors that influence efficiency of industrial production.(3)Through the analysis of the current situation of the industrial economy in Yunnan province,we can find the problems in the industrial economy.(4)Estimation of industrial production efficiency in Yunnan province from 2010 to 2014 by using three-stage DEA-Malmquist index.(5)Estimation of Industrial Production Efficiency in Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2014 by Using Three-stage DEA-Malmquist Index.(6)According to the empirical results,we can draw conclusions and put forward relevant policy recommendations.The following conclusions can be drawn from the study :(1)Technical efficiency is Non-DEA effective lies in the scale efficiency is Non-DEA effective in industrial core and remote area,while technical efficiency is Non-DEA effective lies in pure technical efficiency is non-DEA effective on the edge of the industrial zone.(2)Using the environment variable as the explanatory variable,the input redundancy value is used as the explanatory variable for SFA regression analysis.It turn out that the correlation between input redundancy value and per capital GDP,per capita consumption,import and export of various regions/regional GDP are negative.It is not uniform that energy consumption per GDP and financial expenditure on the proportion of GDP impact input redundancy value.(3)Using the Spearman rank test,it was found that results at the third stage were more relevant and significantly higher than those results at the first stage.Compared with technical efficiency,technological progress has a greater impact on industrial industry in Yunnan Province.Scale efficiency value of 0.9,pure technical efficiency of 0.9 as a standard,each state industry in Yunnan province can be divided into double high type,high and low type,low and high type and double low type.It turned out that Low scale efficiency is the main cause of low efficiency of industrial technology in Yunnan province.
