Study On The Implementation Of Agricultural Standardization In Shaoxing

Since reform and opening up, China’s economy has been rapid development, people’s income level also increase year by year. People began to more and more pursue a healthy life, more and more attention to the quality of agricultural products. However, the reality is not satisfactory. From the melamine scandal broke out in 2008, and in recent years, the poison bean sprouts, toxic poison ginger, "dirty" rice, rice noodle, the zombie beef and so on a series of food safety incidents but had not been, again and again affects everyone’s nerves. The key to solve these problems, is to promote the agricultural standardization, guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products from the source.Based on consulting a large number of agricultural standardization documents home and abroad on the basis of the attempt from the perspective of the implementation of the standardization of agricultural subject farmers were studied, analysis the influence factors of farmers’ implementation of agricultural standardization. To specific analysis of peasant household standardization implementation behavior, with the method of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation, this paper has carried on the research of shaoxing 270 peasant households, and using the method of binary logistic regression model, the influence factors of affecting the farmers to implement agricultural standardization of shaoxing city, the farmers such as age, gender, culture, education level, the per capita net income of nearly three years, whether as village cadres, home workforce, cognitive degree of agricultural standardization, government support and so on has carried on the research and analysis.Using the binary logistics regression analysis model to shaoxing farmers to implement agricultural standardization of empirical analysis, model analysis results show that:(1) the farmer’s age, whether as village cadres, planting area, per capita net income of nearly three years, agricultural standardization of familiarity and government support for farmers is shaoxing significant impact factors of agricultural standardization.(2) gender, educational level of farmers, the number of family labor, the agricultural product varieties, sales factors such as difficulty in shaoxing farmers to implement agricultural standardization no significant effect.Through the above analysis, in this paper, the implementation and promoting agricultural standardization of shaoxing city put forward the following Suggestions:(1) Improve agricultural standardization system;(2) Improve the standardization of farmers awareness;(3) Improved gradually detection system of agricultural products;(4) Strengthen the Shaoxing Municipal Agricultural Standardization talent reserve;(5) Strengthen the construction of agricultural standardization demonstration zone;(6) to Increase the government finance investment.
