The Space Patterns Of China’s Producer Services And Its Influential Factors

To upgrade the manufacturing sector, and to let the service industry bigger and stronger is the important tasks of our times, we can see from the experiences of developed countries, producer services will undertake the tasks. This paper will be based on previous studies on China’s prefecture-level city-level service industry development pattern and spatial factors of production to explore, help deepen the understanding of the industry.Firstly, through statistical analysis and spatial autocorrelation analysis to explore the spatial structure characteristic of Producer Services and its evolution. Secondly, economic restructuring and urban hierarchy theory construct theoretical models and econometric models to study globalization, the impact of the market and to the center of the development of producer services, and whether this effect is due to a different city size and level differences. Finally, the different levels of urban development of producer services propose appropriate policy recommendations.We found those:(1) development pattern of China’s producer services and traditional economic theory ladder pattern matches, the most developed eastern, central and western regions are the weakest. But this is also undergoing structural change, the western region in recent years, the growth rate is greater than the middle;(2) from a national perspective, the level of presence of producer services development space weak positive correlation, local spatial autocorrelation analysis showed that the three eastern cities group is a typical "H-H" concentration areas in the Northwest is a typical "L-L" concentration area;(3) an active role in economic restructuring productive service industry of our country is not fully reflected in the market is the short board; an active role(4) of globalization on producer services, whether national level or the individual level are the largest cities;(5) the marketization of producer services promote its development depends on the level of the city’s marketization, currently only in large cities performance significantly above;(6) the decentralization promote producer services development depend on the city’s administrative level, the greater of autonomy administration, this effect is more obvious.
