Research On The Integrated Management Of Enterprise Dangerous Goods Storage Safety

With the development of chemical industry in our country, serious accidents of dangerous goods is rising year by year. According to statistics, there are more than 4000 dangerous goods accidents happened in our country during the 10 years since 2005. Tianjin port "8·12" fire explosion accidents leaded to billions of economic losses. Based on the above background, this paper uses integrated field theory to integrate dangerous goods storage safety management of enterprise.From the integration perspective, after reviewing the related literature, the paper focus on studying accidents formation mechanism of dangerous goods logistics base’s storage aspects.Collected 103 storage of dangerous goods accident cases happened in recent years were analyzed, especially for Tian Jin port "8·12" fire explosion accidents are analyzed in depth,then find common causes of dangerous goods storage accidents and enterprise storage problems existing in the safety management of dangerous goods. The author advances the framework of enterprise integrated management of dangerous goods storage safety and the view of integrated management should be used in dangerous goods storage safety by enterprises. On the basis of the above analysis, the internal structure and function of enterprise dangerous goods storage safety management system is more clear, from this we establish the dynamic model of integrated management on enterprise’s dangerous goods storage safety.Finally implementation mechanism of integration management of enterprises dangerous goods storage safety is put forward to block dangerous goods accidents factors and solve the problems existing in the enterprise storage management of dangerous goods. And, the implementation mechanism is proved right and effective by the system dynamics model.Ultimately proves the view of Integrated Management should be used in dangerous goods storage safety.The research on integrated management of dangerous goods storage safety, can urge enterprises to strengthen safety management of dangerous good, improve the enterprise risk and safety consciousness, standardize operation and process, improve the enterprise rules and regulations. The integrated management mechanism that the article puts forward can be usedin dangerous goods storage safety management of enterprises’ decision-making. It can also reduce the storage accidents of dangerous goods, promote social harmony and develop healthily.
