| Petroleum logging industry has a whole set of system in use and management of dangerous goods,the HSE management system is relatively well-developed,the information process gradually accelerate,even established the new emergency management procedures on new situation.But the theory to prevent terrorist damage such as how to improve the safety management of dangerous goods of logging is rarely involved.This Paper will specific to the dangerous goods of logging safety management system on how to adapt to the improvement of the crisis situation.Firstly in this paper,the related theory of oil HSE management system crisis management,risk identification and risk control methods are summarized,and then according to the characteristics and requirements of logging-use of dangerous goods safety management,construction of the crisis situation,which exists in the face of the new situation of social security problems are analyzed.The current staffing,training,management system and infrastructure for all sectors to pay more attention to the safety of operating personnel and enterprise production,property safety.Relatively to social security value degree is not enough.To guide the management of dangerous goods security logging level to prevent violent terrorist elements to destroy and even up for public robbery security event management level.This paper focuses on the construction of dangerous goods of logging safety management system,make full use of technology information to improve the management level,improve the level of security infrastructure facilities.Implementing effective management of petroleum logging of dangerous products in storage,transportation,to prevent dangerous goods such as radioactive source,perforation lost,stolen or robbed caused by the accident in storage,transportation,to avoid serious accidents caused by social panic and even cause great harm to the society,build a safety quality and efficient development environment for company. |
