Oil companies’ main businesses are the exploration, development, gathering and storage for the oil and gas, lie in the upstream petroleum industry chain. From the beginning of the 90 s of the last century, the majority of our oil companies into the oil phase of high water. In addition, in advance of China’s reform and opening-depth background of various conflicts intertwined, factors of influenced oilfield employees’ harmony increased, the development of enterprises has faced many challenges. Psychological harmony decided harmonious behaviors, employee’s psychological harmony is the basic premise of the healthy development of a harmonious enterprise. So assessing the level of employees’ psychological harmony has also become the primary work in the harmonious mental construction work. Based on the management of psychological theory and the actual situation of oil companies, building a scientific and rational harmonious psychological evaluation index system of employees oil companies is the subject of this study.Based on studying the basic theory of talent evaluation, the paper accesses to a large number of related literature domestic and abroad, and analyzes its research situation for reference. After defining the basic concept of psychological harmony, the paper makes a preliminary study of the influenced factors(contains four dimensions: corporate, team, family, personal). Initially proposed oilfield employees harmonious psychological evaluation dimensions. The third part of the article, first of all, describes construction principles of the index system. Then the preliminary evaluation indexes are determined through the literature search method, combining with the expert interview method to determine the final indexes. Then application of the evaluation system for Shengli Oil Field Dongsheng staff assess the level of psychological harmony, and make a comprehensive analysis of the results, for verify that scientific and rationality index system. Finally, proposing measures(contains four dimensions: corporate, team, family, personal) to enhance the level of oilfield employees and ensure the run of this evaluation system.
