Informatization Research On Project Management Of Oilfield Enterprises

It is not only the goal of the current global informationization development, but also the general trend of informatization and enterprise informatization construction in our country, which is adopting the ICT technology to change traditional industries, promote manufacturing industry upgrade, promote the public service and information consumption by the internet media, and build a new order in the information society. The key of construction of current oilfield enterprise project management model based on information theory research, is how to take a more effective means of enhancing oilfield enterprise project management informationization construction, and realizing oil field enterprise project management’s effectiveness, efficiency, benefiting informatization.However oilfield enterprise’s project management has its own characteristics, and its project management informationization is a typical complex system engineering. Project management informatization is not only having closely relationship with project management methods and information technology, and having the characteristics of system engineering and high-tech application. So, the traditional project management model is no longer applicable. It is particularly urgent to giving a deep research on oilfield enterprise project management mode and mining its ideas and methods.This paper is based on ZHY zhanjiang branch as an example. First of all, it reviewed the related literature about project management informationization at home and abroad, and analyzed the current situation of oilfield enterprise project management informationization. Secondly, this paper analysed the problems existing in the project management, and then put forward the solution of its project management informationization’s model, and analyzed the demand of the project management informationization. Thirdly, self-building project management informationization has been choose by the analytic hierarchy process (ahp).Project management informationization has been designed from the goals and principles, the structure of the project management information system, project management informationization of module, project management informationization construction organization. Finally, the ZHY zhanjiang branch project management informationization safeguards has been put forward.
