With the acceleration of the population aging and the sub health problems, people are eager for physical and psychological health. In this condition, the health-keeping traveling, as an emerging form of traveling, have been supported by policy, like "Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Tourism Industry", or "Outline of national tourism and leisure (2013-2020)". Because of the nursing function, the hot springs become important health-keeping tourism resources. There comes the spa tourism, and it is very popular among tourists. Therefore, spa tourism has a broad space for development and potential tourist market.Tangshan hot spring in Nanjing, with thousands of years of history, was a famous nursing place since ancient times., attracting feudal emperors nobles, notables, etc. It is well known as one of the famous four hot spring. Based on Tangshan hot spring, Tangshan Hot Spring Provincial Tourist Resort was established in 2007, which has unique tourism resources and geographical conditions, in 2013, the tourists person-time has been up to 6,900,000, and the tourism income has been 8 billion. In general, There is good development momentum of the resort.Under this background, this thesis will take spa tourism as the theme, take Tangshan Hot Spring Provincial Tourist Resort as the example to study the tourists’ satisfaction of spa tourism product. Firstly, after comparison of three evaluation method of the subject of satisfaction, the IPA model has been chosen as the evaluation method. Secondly, impact factors has been determined by literature research, pre-questionnaire and depth interview, then an assessment system has been built. Thirdly, after the empirical research in Tangshan Hot Spring Provincial Tourist Resort, the data has been analyzed with reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, two paired sample T test, etc. Finally, inserting the data result into the IPA model matrix graph, the advantage factors, improving factors, weakness factors and opportunity factors haven represented obviously. Depended on the factors, we can find the development issues of spa tourism product in Tangshan Hot Spring Provincial Tourist Resort, then the continuous improvement strategy, significant development strategy, aggressive expansion strategy and proper regulation strategy have been propose to promote the spa tourism development.
