In an era of human resources is more and more important,People-oriented has been as a guiding ideology of enterprise development. For an employee,career development is related to achieving success. As a result, more and more enterprises begin to pay more attention to the construction of employee career management system.Its content mainly includes two aspects, enterprise as an organization, guidance and help employees plan their career development. The second is the employee’s individual career management, zhenjiang W company founded in 2011,the career management system construction is becoming more and more important in order to adapt to the changing of macroeconomic, industry regulation and technology and keep the advantage in the fierce competition.On the basis of analyzing relevant data to find out the corresponding problems, and targeted for review, analysis of the results, find out the cause of the problem, put forward the corresponding solutions by zhenjiang W company staff career planning and management status of investigation base on questionnaire survey and interview method.First, this article summarizes the relevant theories of career management including career development stage, the career anchor, hexagonal model and unbounded career theory. Second,analyzing the zhenjiang W company staff career management system present situation and problems, put forward the deficiencies and problems on the basis of zhenjiang W company’s industry characteristics,internal management mode and the future development strategy. Then, puts forward the new career management system according to the ideology and principles of career management guidelines and principles of zhenjiang W company, include setting up systematic thoughts and concrete system framework, construction preparation, operation management and system of evaluation and feedback. Finally discusses the assurance measures of the career management system base on a enterprise culture of learning organization creation in zhenjiang W company, compensation and performance management system design, employees’career training improvement and effective professional information exchange platform construction.Career management system optimization project is not independent, the optimized system is not once and for all. Constant adjustment and innovation can guarantee the company strategy realization When the external environment or internal factors changed. Due to limitations of author’s capabilities as well as the collection of data, this article still exist some shortcomings,Innovation of this article is the study of the selected object is a representative of a foreign enterprise,If the program is feasible, so for many foreign enterprises have certain reference value to set up new plant in China.
