Career planning and management are essential both for the enterprises and the employees. From the angle of enterprises, if staff career planning and management activities are not effective, it is not only difficult to find a suitable successor manager at the critical moment, but also affect the stability of enterprises. That only because the employees feel that the enterprise pay little attention for their career Development, so morale dropped, the Development of the enterprise frustrated and the sense of corporate loyalty decline. The paper aims at put forward an effective career planning and management project for enterprise D and as a reference for most of intermediate enterprise in their career planning and management.By adopting methods such as questionnaire survey and interview, the paper conducts an investigation concerning the conditions of career planning and management in the company, finds out the existing problems after analyzing relevant data, and accordingly, interviews to verify the analysis result and clarify reasons for the problems, and finally works out the project for improvement.A total of five articles from the analysis of argumentation.Firstly the paper introduce the research background, including its research aim and layout of the paper. In the second part, the paper introduces the relevant concepts of career planning and management and gives a relatively detailed description and comment on some representative theories, analyzes the significance of the staff career planning and management, expatiates upon the connection between employee's personal occupation development and business enterprise development, and give the steps of career planning and management. According to the author's experiences. In the Third part, the paper focuses on analysis the strengths and weaknesses of staff career planning and management in the intermediate foreign enterprises D. The fourth part refer to the corresponding strategy for the further improvement in the enterprise D' staff career planning and management. Emphasize that career planning and management is a systematic project, it is the co-worker of the company and the employee themselves. In the fifth paper, the related ways to guarantee the establishment of the career planning and management in enterprise D.The research shows that the career planning and management in the company has not formed standard working procedure and suggests that career planning and management should be a unified whole designed both employees and the company, in which employees should take on the responsibility to set up their own career developing target, and the company should fulfill its duty to conduct post setup and job analysis, and improve methods to measure employees' diathesis to help them get clear self-awareness and set up their aims. In addition, the company should specify career developing passage, provide developing space and training support, and match human resource managing policies with the needs of career planning and management.The final conclusion is, no matter how the external environment change, the basic principle career planning and management for enterprise D is to match the needs of businesses and individuals to reach the enterprise goals and of individuals' objectives. Under the guidance of this principle, Enterprises D's career planning and management theories and practices will continue to development and improvement.
