Research On China’s Cooperational Strategy Of Aviation Electronic Enterprises

Aviation electronic industry is an important part of the aviation industry, the aviation electronic industry in China is to achieve the dream of China aviation power, supporting Chinese dream important high technology industry. However, in today’s global economic integration, multinational enterprises in the face of the Western avionics avionics power led by Britain and the United States of China’s aviation electronic industry, enterprise development situation is not optimistic, still in the technology, backward management, the homogenization of the competition state. To reverse this unfavorable situation, to carry out strategic alliance cooperation widely in domestic, international aviation electronic field is a necessary choice for aviation electronic enterprises in China. Aviation electronic enterprises in our country must pay attention to and Research on strategic alliance of enterprise cooperation and practice, in order to ensure aviation electronic enterprises in China’s own survival and development, to achieve the overall breakthrough.This paper studies the theory of strategic alliance, defines and clarifies the concept of strategic alliance, and summarizes the main types of strategic alliances, the study as the theoretical basis in this paper; then the aviation electronic enterprises in China’s internal and external situation is analyzed systematically. Based on the above theoretical and practical on the situation, put forward the strategic alliance is an inevitable choice for the development of the aviation electronics enterprises in China that. Then based on our company as the example, has carried on the analysis to establish a strategic alliance of aviation electronic enterprises in China’s case.Based on the above theory and practice analysis, this paper according to the process of construction and operation of strategic alliances, the establishment of strategic alliance from the preparation, strategic alliance and the strategic alliance after the operation, on the four aspects of the implementation of dynamic alliance management puts forward strategic alliance strategy of aviation electronic enterprises in our country.I hope this research can provide a reference for the development of aviation electronic enterprises in China.
