Research On The Performance Evaluation Of Aviation Strategic Alliance

With the rise of aviation strategic alliances,the global aviation market has gradually been divided by some major aviation alliances.At present,SkyTeam,Oneworld and Star Alliance have a market share of more than 80%.At the same time,the strategic cooperation between allied airlines is increasing day by day,and new aviation strategic alliances are constantly emerging.The management of aviation strategic alliances has received more and more attention.The performance of the aviation strategic alliance not only affects the overall development and growth of the aviation alliance,but also relates to the sustainable development of the alliance airlines.Although currently the top-ranking domestic airlines have all joined the aviation strategic alliance,after joining the aviation strategic alliance,whether the airline’s management performance really improves is not well documented,and the development of domestic airline strategic alliance performance evaluation is also Relatively backward.In this context,the performance assessment of aviation strategic alliances cannot be ignored more and more.Regardless of whether the airline alliance as a whole or the airline individual,the performance evaluation of aviation strategic alliances is of great significance.Firstly,this paper studies the performance evaluation of aviation strategic alliances,expounds relevant research theories and performance evaluation methods for aviation strategic alliances at home and abroad,analyzes the status quo of performance evaluation of domestic and foreign aviation strategic alliances,and then combines civil aviation with the balanced scorecard theory.The development characteristics of the industry,from the five dimensions of financial dimension,customer level,internal process level,learning and growth level,and leadership level(the individual performance of the alliance is the level of social responsibility),build the performance evaluation index system and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for aviation strategic alliances.Next,the performance evaluation of SkyTeam was empirically analyzed on the basis of the evaluation model constructed to verify the validity of the evaluation model.Finally,according to the empirical analysis results,aiming at the status quo of China’s airlines development,we should put emphasis on the learning effects brought by joining the alliance,strengthen the internal process management,and then improve the performance level of the alliance,and finally realize the sustainable development of the aviation strategic alliance.
