At present,in China's highly competitive tourism market,Internet travel has become the dominant way of tourism.Ctrip,in many online travel companies takes the leading position because of its outstanding network technology platform,high quality brand service,excellent business competitive strategy.But in recent years,with the new competitors continue to appear,online travel market competition has been intensified.If it wants to consolidate its economic strength and absolute market share,ensure the status of its online travel industry leader,open the online to offline development model,strategic alliance has become its main strategy to adapt to competitive choice.In this case,domestic online travel companies will be based on what kind of motivation to choose strategic alliances and to seek what kind of strategic alliance partners? After the economic performance of cooperation is or isn't reached the strategic alliance before the psychological expectations and what kind of problem reflects in this process? These questions are all worthy of our study.This thesis selects Ctrip strategic alliance cooperation by becoming a shareholder of China Eastern Airlines as the case for analysis.From the motivation of Ctrip strategic alliance,and combined with the specific strategic alliance strategy and a series of economic data after the strategic alliance to sum up the positive role and the problems existing in the strategic alliance,concrete from the influence of national policy,the development of the industry status quo and the factors of enterprise itself,three aspects analyze the motive of strategic alliances,it will induce the reflected problems,and corresponding put forward countermeasures and suggestions,finally it will conclude some revelations and experiences from this studied case.Based on the study of Ctrip strategic alliance cooperation by becoming a shareholder of China Eastern Airlines case,the effectiveness of the strategic alliance of Ctrip and the impact of the development of the online tourism industry and the aviation industry were discussed and predicted.Finally,the whole thesis is summarized and put forward our own views.
