| After twenty years of development, the real estate industry in our country has become one of the most important industries in our country, ralating to national economy and people’s livelihood. With the development of the real estate industry, the real estate martket has become more and more developed as well, so with the laws and rules related. Real estate projects in our country has features as below, such as requring large amount of money and time, easily affected by many factors, such as, policies and regulations, the political environment, economic factors, people’s living standard and the purchase demand for real estate, etc. Thus, to achieve econonic goals as well as to avoid risks, doing feasibility study of a real estate project is of great importance. Especially in recent years, many policies relating to real estate insdry has been made, it brought many opportunities as well as chanlleges. To do feasibility study in advance is of great essencial, which makes investors know better about the real estate project economically and environmentally. It helped people make their decisions well, and make the real estate project successful by a greater chance.Real estate enterprises shoule not only do feasibility studies, but also try to avoid the risks related. Firstlty, this paper discussed the significance of topic, introduced relating studies both at home and abroad. Secondly, it introduced theories relating to the topic. Thirdly, it analyzed a pecific real estate project in C hangc hun, and showed the potencial risks. Last but not least, this paper help investors to decide whether this project is worthy the efforts and money.In this article, I combined my work with the specific case. By analysing the project, the benefits and riskd is shown. During the reserch, I tried to build a model of analysing real estate projects, which helps invetors to make their decisions by larger amounts of data and more cases. In this way, the research is quite helpful. |
