Under the international business background,new changes have taken place in the human resources management of enterprises.Employee loyalty is an important part of human resources management and the premise of effective implementation of human resources management.In order to survive and develop in this competitive market,small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises need to formulate a human resources management policy to attract talents and retain high-quality staff.At present,e-commerce is developing rapidly.Employee loyalty affects the profitability of small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises more and more.This change has an important impact on the arrangement of international human resources management activities and even on the daily business activities of small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises.In this paper,Small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises as the research object,through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,empirical analysis to explore the factors affecting employee loyalty.In this paper,we first read the research results of the previous literature,and use the indicators developed by the Smith et al.of Cornell University as the basic model,and on the basis of this,we refer to the research of other relevant scholars,and finally the SEM model of this paper is determined.Factors that affect the loyalty of small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprise include seven variables: employee compensation,work environment,co-worker support,employee authorization,employee training and development,work itself,and employee satisfaction.In this paper,based on the variables established in the model and the previous scale design,the questionnaire of this paper is designed.The distribution and return of the questionnaire In this paper,the data of 188 questionnaires were analyzed and analyzed.Through the analysis of the path,the employee's compensation had a positive effect on the employee's satisfaction.The working environment had a positive effect on the employee's satisfaction,and the support of the co-workers had a positive effect on the employee's satisfaction.Employee authorization has a positive impact on employee satisfaction;employee training and development have a positive impact on employee satisfaction;work itself has a positive impact on employee satisfaction,and employee satisfaction has a positive impact on loyalty.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis,this paper gives the following suggestions on how to improve employee loyalty in small and medium-sized cross-border e-commerce enterprises:(1)improve employee salary satisfaction;(2)provide a good working environment for employees;(3)strengthen co-worker support;(4)increase employee empowerment;(5)improve employee satisfaction with promotion and training opportunities;(6)improve employee satisfaction from the perspective of job itself.
