As a source of enterprise’s core competitive advantage, corporate innovation culture has the characteristic of hard copy. Especially under the background of building an innovative country in our country, corporate innovation culture is receiving more and more attention, and scholars have also strengthened the innovation culture research. In many factors that affect the corporate innovation culture, leadership behavior is an important factor of entrepreneurs reflected in the enterprise management process. The cultivation and management of enterprise innovation culture requires business leaders to adapt to changes in the external environment of enterprises, and guide employees to adapt to the needs of enterprise innovation, promoting enterprise development. Nearly 30 years of research on leadership theory has achieved great development. The transformational leadership as the focus of the study had proved its validity, but there is a difference research on transactional leadership effectiveness. Therefore, in the background of economic culture of our country, the applicability of transformational and transactional leadership is to be further explored. The transformational and transactional leadership is rooted in the Western cultural background, but paternalistic leadership in the context of Chinese enterprises. So, in this thesis, the leadership style for transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership to study the influence on the corporate innovation culture.First, the study reviewed the study on leadership style and corporate innovation culture, and summarized the results of scholars. Also the study analyzed the shortcomings of previous studies. Based on literature studies, the study discussed the transformational leadership, transactional leadership and paternalistic leadership have an impact on corporate innovation culture, and proposed theoretical model of leadership style on the effect of corporate innovation culture. This research takes the form of recycling questionnaire in data analysis. The questionnaire mainly filled out by employees of the enterprise. The questionnaire is made to measure employee perceptions of behavior of their leadership style and the perceived degree of corporate innovational culture. After designing the questionnaire, the study did the statistical analysis. The study used SPSS23.0 and Amos21.0 statistical is software, doing the variance analysis, reliability analysis, reliability analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis.According to the research, the following conclusions are obtained:(1) transformational leadership has positive correlation on corporate innovation culture;(2) transactional leadership has positive correlation on corporate innovation culture;(3) paternalistic leadership has no obvious influence on corporate innovation culture;(4) Three kinds of leadership influence on corporate innovation culture are different, transformational than transactional and paternalistic leadership influence on enterprise innovation culture is more significant. In the end, the study concluded some suggestions for management practice.
