Agriculture plays an important role in the development of national economy. The agricultural land, especially the cultivated land, is the material basis of agricultural production and development. The cultivated land is related to the social stability and development. Therefore, the farmland appraisal is particularly important.The grade update of agricultural land has an important guiding role for the development of the regional economy and land management.This paper begins with the classification of agricultural land as the research background. We briefly analyzed the research status of agricultural land classification at home and abroad and established the thesis of this paper. Then we analyzed the characteristics and problems of land use in Shache County, and also put forward the basic concepts of land grading, the principles and the relevant theoretical research.Then we screened factors using the Delphi method and the factor method. Finally, we determined the five division factors, soil texture, organic matter content, irrigation guarantee rate, degree of salinization and the degree of forest. Delphi method is used to calculate the various weights, accordingly get agricultural land quality, then determine the score chart of each factor, get the total score chart through the GIS stack. Finally we get the natural, economic, land-use classes by the total score chart.In the end of this paper, we analyzed the classification results with Banerji test, the conclusions are true and correct. The research results of this paper showed that a better quality of agricultural land in Shache County are mainly distributed in Baishikante Town, Yiganerqi Town, Wudalike Township, Aersilanbage Township, Avati Town,Tagaerqi Township, Qiaerbage Township. By using spatial analysis method of GIS, the area of county arable land increased by 584.9 hectares and reduced by 140 classification unit. New increased better cultivated land in physical quality grade was mainly distributed in Ailixihu Town, Huangdi Town,Baishikante Town,Alamaiti Township; New increased better cultivated land in country use grade was mainly distributed in Baishikante Town,Alamaiti Township; New increased better cultivated land in country economic grade was mainly distributed in Kaqun Township. New reduced better cultivated land in country physical quality grade was mainly distributed in Wudalike Township,Aersilanbage Township,Gulebage Township,Mixia Township.New reduced better cultivated land in country use grade was mainly distributed in Tuomuwusitang Township,Wudalike Township,Mixia Township.New reduced better cultivated land in country economic grade was mainly distributed in Arele Township,Qiaerbage Township,Tuomuwusitang Township.The evaluation results for the agricultural land grade update in Shache County have important theoretical and practical significances in the development and utilization of land resources, protection and comprehensive decision-making of agricultural development.
