| Agriculture is the pillar industry in our country, the core of agricultural problems is the farmers’ income. Tourism agriculture is an industry based on agriculture, a cross combination of agriculture and tourism. It is also based on the rich agricultural resources, with modern science and technology as a means to strengthen the industrial convergence, important way to realize rapid and sustained development of rural economy.There are many researches of relationship between development of China’s tourism industry and the increase of farmers’ income, but specifically for research of relationship between agricultural tourism development and farmers’ income is not much. Drive problem of farmers’ income by the development of tourism agriculture is a kind of large agricultural development research. In this paper, based on the theory of public economics, the author explores the development of domestic and foreign tourism research in agriculture, using literature data, case analysis, SWOT analysis and PEST analysis, based on the present situation of Urumqi County agricultural tourism development and farmers’ income, to clarify the current advance in Urumqi County, the importance and urgency of county economic transformation and increasing farmers’ income, deep analysis has the achievements and the deficiencies, and the constraints Urumqi County agriculture tourism development and the main factors of increasing farmers’ income. Experience at home and abroad for reference, and combining the reality of Urumqi County, tight grasp national policy, playing their own advantages, transforming government function, and improving peasant quality to take some suggestions and practical measures need to be further discussed in order to better promote the Urumqi County overall economic transformation and development, but also for the western region near suburban county overall economic transformation and development to provide samples for reference. |
