In recent years, the staff turnover rate is on the rise. With the 90 s become the main menbers in companies, the average turnover rate also increases. The high turnover rate has become a widespread social problem. To organizations, employee turnover is not only the loss of human capital investment, and it will create more cost and risk when re-configured human resource. Therefore, many researchers focus on turnover in recent years. It becomes an important research topic in the field of human resource management. Based on social exchange theory, Mobley turnover motivation(1977) model and Mc Fillen model of turnover(1986), we try to build a model among psychological contract violation; work alienation; turnover intention and resilience. After doing the literature research, we clarify the exiting research about psychological contract violation; work alienation; turnover intention and resilience. We clearly defined the concept of the four variables, and propose research hypothesizes based on the exiting researches. In the our research model, psychological contract violation plays a role as an independent variables, turnover intention as a dependent variable, work alienation as a mediator variable, mental flexibility to an adjust variable.In the study, We do the research by send surveys to 273 employees, and after doing the data analysis, we get the results.(1) Psychological contract violation is significant positive correlation to employee turnover intention.(2) Work alienation plays a mediating effect between psychological contract violation and turnover intention.(3) Resilience plays a regulating effect between psychological contract violation and work alienation, in which resilience plays a regulating effect between psychological contract violation and self-estrangement, and resilience plays a regulating effect between psychological contract violation and social isolation. At last, we do the discussing about the results and come up with some management mesures.
