The Influence Of Trust, Information Sharing On Supply Chain Agilityempirical Studies Based On Characteristics Of Agricultural Products In Xinjiang

With the changing of market environment, the current supply chain enterprise is faced with the delicate situation, quickly raises the level of customer satisfaction and customers of products in the uncertain demand and environment, which is need to enhance the agility of supply chain. Existing research shows that as the most important trust relationship in the supply chain partnership, trust has obvious effect on the promotion for agility. The continuous development of information technology provides a good technical environment for supply chain management, information sharing is one of the important factors for improving supply chain agility.Therefore, this article explores the improvement mechanism of the supply chain trust relationship and information sharing on supply chain agility, and the intermediary role of information sharing.On the basis of literature review and theoretical deduction, in this study we put forward the research hypothesis and build a theoretical model, using a combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, taking the characteristics of agricultural products in xinjiang as the research object, through questionnaire to obtain data, having an empirical study of 219 valid samples using SPSS19.0 and Amos17.0 as a statistical tool, using descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis method, and get the following conclusions.First, trust and its fractal supply chain capacity trust and goodwill trust have significantly positive influence on supply chain agility. Second, information sharing and its dimension information sharing content, the level and quality were significantly positive influence on supply chain agility.Third, in addition to the ability to trust and goodwill trust have no significant effect on the influence of information sharing level, the supply chain of trust and its various dimensions have a significant positive effect on information sharing and its various dimensions.Fourth, in addition to sharing level range has no intermediary role on capacity trust and goodwill trust to the agility, content and quality of information sharing have positive influence of partial intermediary role on trust and its various dimensions on agility in the supply chain.Obtained by this paper the results of the study management enlightenment is as follows. First, supply chain partners should pay attention to the establishment and perfection of the trust relationship. The establishment of the supply chain trust relationship requires not only the establishment of the mechanism of trust between partners and the improvement of the macro environment, but also need supply chain each enterprise to strengthen the cultivation of the ability to trust and goodwill trust. Second, the supply chain enterprises should strengthen the important information transfer and sharing with each other. Broadening the scope and hierarchy of information sharing, increasing the amount and type of sharing information, improving the quality of sharing information, ensuring security of information sharing and establishing information sharing platform are effective measures to strengthen information sharing. Third, we should pay equal attention to strengthening the supply chain trust relationship between cooperation enterprises and enhancing the level of information sharing. Fourth, we should give full play to the professional organization’s important role in improving supply chain agility.In this paper, the main innovation point has the following several aspects: first, on the basis of existing research, we expand the research object in the field of agricultural products supply chain. Second, on the basis of previous theoretical research, we adopt the method of empirical research, and discuss the influence of trust, information sharing on agility of supply chain. Taking trust and information sharing as high order variable, we analyze influence mechanism of trust on supply chain information sharing. Third, we establish a theoretical model, taking trust relationship between supply chain partners as dependent variable, information sharing as the intermediate variable, supply chain agility as outcome variables, and discuss the transmission mechanism among them.
