The Moderating Effects Of Information Sharing On Supply Chain Performance

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China's economy has been in full swing.The economy has taken off.The rapid development of the Internet age,convenient life and broad vision enable people to enjoy the unique experience of the information age.Through the Internet,people can receive information from all over the country and even from all over the world,so that the Chinese people can synchronize and parallel with the world.The sharing of world information makes the society win-win in cooperation.With the economic globalization and the advent of knowledge-based economy era,supply chain has penetrated into many industries,and the related research on supply chain management theory has gradually attracted wide attention of scholars.Supply chain relationship quality model is one of them.Supply chain relationship quality model is to study the relationship between the relationship quality of cooperation in supply chain and supply chain performance.By sorting out the previous scholars' research,this paper will continue to study the model.The main research issue is the role of information sharing in the regulation of supply chain relationship quality model.However,in the twentieth century,the competition between enterprises not only depends on talent and capital,but also on the amount of information and data.Information sharing is to share information among supply chains.The higher the degree of information sharing,the closer the cooperation between upstream and downstream supply chains or enterprises can be.It is more beneficial to improve the performance of supply chains,optimize the management of supply chains,and ultimately optimize the benefits for both sides of information sharing.In this paper,we use several important variables in the relationship quality model to model.Trust and commitment long-term orientation are the independent variables of the model,collaboration is the mediating variable,and information sharing is the moderating variable between collaboration and performance.By reading and sorting out the literature of researchers,this paper expounds the concepts of these mainvariables,and combs the dimensions of relationship quality according to the years and research contents,showing the increasing process of the dimensions of the model.Combining with the hot topic of precise poverty alleviation in society,the model is applied to the supply chain of agricultural products to study the moderating effect of information sharing on coordination and supply chain performance.In this study,the farmers who grow fruits in Jiangxi Province were selected as the research object to study the regulating role of information sharing between them and wholesalers.The design of the questionnaire is to edit the questionnaire by selecting the authoritative items developed by researchers in the past and the content related to this study.And through the network,family members,relatives and friends to fill in questionnaires.I collected 337 valid questionnaires.The data were analyzed by SPSS23.0 and AMOS23.0.The structural equation model was used to test the hypothesis of the model proposed in this paper.The final reliability and validity of the model were consistent,and the fitting degree of the model was high,and all the hypotheses were verified.The empirical results show that:(1)trust has a positive impact on supply chain performance through the mediation of collaboration.(2)Commitment has a positive impact on supply chain performance through the intermediary role of collaboration.(3)Long-term orientation has a positive impact on supply chain performance through the intermediary role of collaboration.(4)Collaboration plays an intermediary role in the supply chain relationship quality model.(5)Information sharing plays a moderating role between coordination and operation performance,that is,when the quality of information sharing is high,collaboration has a stronger positive impact on supply chain operation performance.Empirical analysis shows that trust,commitment and long-term orientation between farmers and wholesalers can help their collaboration have a positive impact on supply chain performance,and the higher the quality of information sharing,the greater the positive impact of collaboration between farmers and wholesalers.Finally,this study enriches the relevant research on the relationship between variables in the supply chain relationship quality model,elaborates the researchresults,objectively puts forward the limitations of this paper and puts forward suggestions,and also provides a theoretical basis for future research on information sharing as a moderator.
