Investigation On Shangqiu’s One Village One Product Development Mode

"Three rural" issue has always been the focus of social concern in China. The development of professional village is a development model which is beneficial to solve the problem of rural development. It plays an important and unique role in promoting the construction of modern agriculture, poverty alleviation, improving the income of farmers, speeding up the rural economic prosperity and developing the county economy. Shangqiu is located in the hinterland of the Central Plains, a large number of rural population, convenient transportation, and rich in resources. However, its rural economy is relatively backward, but possessing some unique and potential advantages to develop professional village. In this paper, the researcher takes the existing professional village development model as the research object in Shangqiu. Through the combination of theoretical analysis and field research, the professional village development model is divided into three models: the "bottom-up" elite driven development model, "Top down" government led development model, and the "horizontal" development model of farmers’ self-introduction plus market functioning. This paper has compared and analyzed three different samples’ development models of Shangqiu Suiyang District Liu Ge asparagus cultivation village, the Minquan tiger painting village, and Suixian Xu Tang grape planting village. And then puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions, aiming at richening theory research of professional village in China, also providing a reference for Shangqiu and the similar specialized rural villages.In this paper, the investigator mainly uses literature research, survey research and field research methods. Find the law and problems of professional village development in Shangqiu by taking economic geography, regional economics, agricultural innovation diffusion theory, regional economic theory, leading industry choice theory and agricultural industrialization management theory as the foundation, and also combining with field research, empirical analysis and theoretical analysis.Firstly, introducing the importance of specialized villages to the development of rural areas, by comparing the domestic and foreign "one village one product" development status, this paper expounds the theoretical basis of professional village development. According to the current situation of the professional village development in Shangqiu, the existing problems in the different development modes are analyzed and compared. analysis of problems existing in the professional village, different development mode.The research results show that there existing six main problems in the professional village development models in Shangqiu. The problems are as follows:(1) The low quality of professional village farmers has hindered the promotion of professional village development model;(2) The development of agricultural professional village is mainly based on economic crops, and the labor intensity is relatively large;(3) Government intervention in the "top down" development model of is too strong;(4) Sense of innovation in the "bottom-up" mode is weak;(5) The basic infrastructure construction of the "horizontal" development mode is inadequate;(6) Professional village development model is static or single. In view of the above problems, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions are as follows:(1) Exerting the capable brains leading role, to encourage farmers to participate in innovative business of professional village;(2) Let the local advantages have a full play and give reasonable guide to the development direction;(3) Play the role of government’s planning and guiding about development;(4) Extending the industrial chain and expanding sales channels;(5) The development of professional village should form an effective economy joint.
