Study On The Development Mode Of Rural Tourism In Haotang Village Of Xinyang City

With the rapid development of rural tourism throughout the country,the development of rural tourism in Haotang Village,Xinyang City has also achieved remarkable results.Within a few short years,through the development of rural tourism,Hao Tang Village has become a well-known advanced model village of rural tourism development from a typical underdeveloped village.The development of rural tourism has brought about a substantial increase in income for local villagers,achieved villagers' local employment in the vicinity,and solved the problem that local villagers are unable to take care of their families because they are away from home and have caused great repercussions in society.Therefore,studying the rural tourism development model of Haotang Village can provide a good reference for the development of rural tourism for villages with similar conditions.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the development mode of rural tourism in Haotang Village.The argument of this paper is based on the governance paradigm of polycentric governance theory and the attributes of rural tourism public affairs.The goal of the multicenter governance theory governance paradigm is to promote the internalization and socialization of rural social public affairs to the greatest extent possible.Rural tourism also belongs to the category of rural society public affairs,and the governance paradigm following the multi-center governance theory is often more helpful to promote the development of rural tourism.Firstly,based on the empirical research on the development model of rural tourism at home and abroad,and the combing theory of polycentric governance theory,tourism system theory,and collaborative development theory,the paper comprehensively uses field research and other research methods to carry out the development of rural tourism in Haotang Village.Conditional analysis,status description,feature summary,model induction,and on this basis,Hao Tang's multi-center collaborative rural tourism development model was proposed.The connotation of this model is: “On the basis of respecting the law and people-oriented,the participants participate in the system,through government guidance,expert guidance,and implementation by the villagers,and the overall planning of 'food and lodging travel,shopping,entertainment,leisure and love' and other elements,the system To build rural tourism attractions and promote the development of rural tourism."Secondly,the operation of multi-center coordinated rural tourism development model can be summarized by “2331”,namely,two phases(subject participation and management development)in rural tourism development;three interactive subjects(government,villagers,non-Profit organization/non-government organization);three promotion(promotion of government regulatory policies,promotion of villagers under market guidance,promotion of non-profit organization/non-governmental organization think tank service),and development(realization of rural tourism development).Finally,the author summarizes the successful experience of the multi-center collaborative rural tourism development model of Haotang Village: Several participants,including the government,villagers,non-governmental organizations,and non-government organizations coordinately develop;they follow the development rules of rural tourism,raise the development funds of rural tourism from different channels,jointly promote the construction of rural tourism attractions and spare no efforts to increase the promotion of rural tourism together.
