| In recent years, mobile communication service developed rapidly in our country, the network quality becomes the focus of competition among the operators. Network is the foundation for operators, which directly affects the user’s experience and perception. And with the complex network structure, the operation, maintenance and improvement of network quality is becoming more and more complex.To ensure and improve network quality, the technical engineer is the main work force. Engineers in the operator should act as a bridge and interface to go through the front desk and the background and also becomes the important link between equipment supplier and operators.The network activity related departments are the main body of network O&M business, which are involved in communication equipment management, planning, maintenance and optimization of the work. It’s competence management and improvement work has not been set up, the ability of telnet management also stay in primary stage. E.g. Personnel competence analysis phase, planning phase, competence improvement deployment phase, result evaluation phase. There is lack of IT support system in each stage.In this paper, through the systematic study of the theory of process reengineering, understand the main method of process reengineering, select William J Kettinger six stages model as the main way of analysis. Based on the pattern of the six stages, has chosen the processes, made the goal of process reengineering, through reviewing employees, all levels of leadership, sort out the various stages of the process, made the work of related templates, set up the prototype of the new process and design scheme, puts forward the support system for the next stage of implementation. Finally evaluate the performance of the new processes through a particular event. |
