The modern market competition is more and more fierce, the enterprise only depend on the excellent management to seek the survival, the development, the human resources management plays an important role in the enterprise has become more and more important. The establishment of perfect human resources management system, is the modern enterprise should focus on the content. But how to design a set of performance evaluation system for the enterprise, is the problem of human resource management in many enterprises.The C car sales company as the research object, in reference to the related performance Lao he theory and method based on, combined with company’s industry background and management status, focusing on analysis of the C car sales company in the performance evaluation work of existing problems, including personal performance goals and enterprise strategic objectives coordination, lack of corresponding scientific, systematic and humanized design in the performance evaluation index system, the execution of performance evaluation index system is not scientific, lack of effective performance coaching and feedback.Based on the above analysis, this paper firstly proposes the target, ideas and principles of C company’s performance evaluation, which is based on the clear responsibility of the job, the evaluation index is divided into three categories, the performance index, the ability index and the attitude index. The KPI index system is designed.
