The system of teacher's performance appraisal is the main means that a school evaluates the teacher. It has many functions to influence on the school's development, the teacher's professional development and the student's development. Such as guiding, supervising, diagnosing, motivating and developing. Therefore it is extremely important whether the system suit this school or not, whether it is fair, equitable and open. The system of teacher's performance appraisal was invariable ago, the teachers also didn't pay attention to the teachers evaluation .The supervisor either pay unilateral attention to the students' achievements and regard the students' excellence ratio as the base that school promote and evaluate the teachers, or they don't pay attention to the teacher's performance. In conclusion, performance management exist all kinds of problems. Along with the development of the society and school, the school needs to build up a more perfect performance appraisal system. It may completely evaluate the teachers.This text does some aggressive studies and research in this aspect. The texts take Zhen Hua Middle School as an example to analyze the problems in the middle school. These problems have relation with the old performance appraisal system. So we need so need to build up a mew appraisal system. According to the strategy of the school and Balanced Score Card theory and Key Performance Indicators, we carry on the work analysis of each personnel in school, withdrawing KPI from it and drawing up various standards and giving the fit power to the index. At last, we can draw up the performance appraisal form. For carrying out the appraisal system, we do some preparation works. For example, communication with the leaders and all the employee, etc.. Then we are sure the appraisal period and select the appraisal personnel. Finally, appraisal personnel should give the feedback to the employee in time. In the course of appraising, we may do some error judge. We must correct it in time. Meanwhile I design a audit method in order to successfully actualize the appraisal system.At last, we can use the result to manage school. It can provide exact and dependable basis for their decision. It can improve management level.
