The Study On Furnace Equipment Of SWA Cast Factory

The current domestic aluminum processing industry has severe overcapacity situation, every company is improving the management in any ways for cost-reducing. The corporation’s equipment managers pay attention to the cast factory’ furnaces of aluminum processing industry as which are damageable and high energy consumption.This thesis begins with the research of cast factory of SWA, introduce whose enterprise property, manufacturing technique, situation of produce and scale and the external competition environment in roughly. And then, I make a conclusion that the cast factory of SWA has four problems in furnace management by analyze cast factory’s current furnace equipment management situation, including management system, maintenance mode, management process and document management. These problems are ignore the whole process of management in industrial furnace equipment, disjoint of use management and maintenance management, incomplete of assessment index and industrial furnace equipment management information level is low. So this paper propose four solutions of these serious questions, which are reform the SWA cast factory management system to obtain a degree of autonomy; change the current employee incentive to encourage enterprise internal integration between the different work; improve the existing equipment appraisal indicators to eliminate equipment maintenance personal slacking; and improve work efficient by establish industrial furnace equipment information management system.
