The Study On The Influential Factors Of Tender Offer For Furnace Equipment From Cooperation Experience Perspective

Chinese economy has entered a new normal period.The industry in China such as coal,coke,iron and steel are facing serious overcapacity problems.It is difficult to achieve a balance between supply and demand in the short time.While the above industries are the terminal market of the furnace equipment,under the new economic environment,the type of projects in the field of furnace has to make some changes: modification and upgrading the existing old equipment instead of the new equipment.This also means that the cooperation between the old suppliers and end users will be increased;the furnace suppliers have to make the related strategy for this new trade mode.So it has the practical significance to do the study of the influence factors for bidding from cooperation experience perspective.Based on the present situation of bidding activities in the furnace area,first,this thesis summarizes the factors that influence the bidding price and bidding decision-making at home and abroad.It also points out the deficiency of existing research,and selects the influencing factors for bidding under cooperation experience which can be used for reference.Next,the author modified the factors by the questionnaire and interview to the experienced staff of the related industry together with its own working experience of bidding.It points out that the collection of owner related information is the precondition of decision making,and this thesis discusses which aspects should be collected by tender during cooperation and can be considered as useful information for bidding decision-making.And then,using descriptive statistical analysis,it fixes all 33 important factors that impact the bidding price on the cooperation experience in the furnaces equipment.The top three important factors influencing the price level are "the financial situation of the owner","base number of the tender for similar project" and "payment habit,tail payment term";The top three of Difficulty factors which are easy to get are "whether there is a third party supervision involved in the project","whether to accept the multi-quotation" and "if the owner has the similar project in operation".In order to connect the importance and difficulty of the influence factors under Cooperation experience and to do the analysis,it makes the four quadrant diagram.The four quadrant named assurance factors,fighting factors,attention factors,ignore factors in sequence.This thesis analyses the influence of various kinds of factors,then put forward the corresponding strategy.At last,this thesis gives the bidding proposal based on the above analysis,which hopes to increase trust,share information and improve the contract constraint system in the cooperation of the bidder and tender.
