| Equipment industry is the industry that provides material"Equipment"for the industrial development, and holds an important position and function in the national economy. For the moment ,there are a lot of researches on equipment industry, and these researches chiefly start from the actual situation of the equipment industry in China and carry out quantitative analysis and sector analysis on the equipment industry and various sub-industries and they seek the existing issues in the equipment industry in our country through a global and regional comparison, and these researches provide beneficial reference for the further development of the equipment industry in our country. However, equipment industry is different from general industry, and its development degree at once manifest the demand of industrial development and influence the progress of industrializing and constitute the main contents of the industrialization. Simply using the analytical method for general industry to analyze the equipment industry will not be able to accurate reflect the trend of development and constraint factor of the equipment industry, and analysis of equipment industry without considering the specific industrializing condition will lack in pertinency.To better research the relation between industrialization and equipment industry development in our country, this paper introduces the concept of"industrial equipment", which refers to the demand of industrialization on technical equipment and its satisfaction. It is the emphasis of this paper to analyze the supply and demand contradiction between industrializing and the equipment industry and constraint factors and the approach to solve them, by introducing the concept of"industrial equipment", and adopting the visual angle of supply and demand interaction between industrial equipment and the equipment industry.The research of this paper develops from three tiers:First,it constructs a 3-dimension theoretical analysis framework of supply and demand interaction between industrial equipment and equipment industry. First of all, it strictly define the concept of industrial equipment and equipment industry, and break down the determinative factors in industrial equipment and the equipment industry on the element level and the system level. It determines the fundamental framework for analyzing the interactive relation between industrial equipment and equipment industry from the 3 dimensions: element constraints; supply and demand contradiction, and system influence. Secondly, it extends 3-dimensional analytical framework from static analysis to dynamic analysis and analyzes different stages of industrializing and dynamic contradiction between industrial equipment and equipment industry, and the dynamic nature of element constraints and the dynamic nature of solutions. Next, it extends 3-dimensional analytical framework from closed to open and analyse the change of element constraints in industrial equipment and equipment industry, and change of supply and demand contradiction under the open condition, and the particularity of the solutions.Secondly,it places the three-dimensional analysis of supply and demand interaction between industrial equipment and equipment industry under different kinds of specific industrializing conditions. This paper starts from the source of technical elements, and classifies industrializing into forerunner industrialized countries and latter industrialized countries, and analyses the manifestation of supply and demand contradiction between industrial equipment and equipment industry under the two industrialization conditions, the element constraints and the function of the system in solving the supply and demand contradiction and element constraints. In the end, it comes to the change of supply and demand contradiction between industrial equipment and equipment industry in latter countries under the globalization condition, the transition of element constraints, and the feature and trend of system transition, providing fundamental basis for interaction between industrial equipment and equipment industry in the special industrializing process of our country.Thirdly, it uses the complete framework of supply and demand interaction between industrial equipment and equipment industry to carry out meticulous analysis of the process and actual situation of industrialization in our country, both as a demonstration of the theoretic framework and as explanation of the process and actual situation of industrialization in our country from the visual angle of contradiction interaction between industrial equipment and equipment industry. The fourth chapter starts from the supply and demand contradiction between industrial equipment and equipment industry under the capital constraint at the initial stage of industrialization in our country, to analyze the approach of establishing the industrializing equipment system under the special conditions at the beginning of founding the state, the way to obtain captain elements under the special conditions, and the path of equipment industry development, and the effect of solving the supply and demand contradiction between industrial equipment and equipment industry in pushing the industrializing in our country , and the cost we paid in this way of solving the contradiction. The 5th chapter points out the constraint of technology on supply and demand interaction between industrial equipment and equipment industry after solving the capital constraint issue, and analyzes the dual nature of the approach of technology import on industrial equipment and development of equipment industry, and its effect on industrialization. The 6th chapter starts from the foundation of a review of the process of industrializing in our country , treats the realistic demand of industrialization in China and the realistic condition of current globalization, and adopts the three-dimensional analysis framework of supply and demand interaction between industrial equipment and equipment industry to analyzes the actuality of contradiction interaction between industrial equipment and equipment industry in the industrializing process in our country at the present stage, and points out the existing issues in equipment industry development in our country at present and put forward relevant suggested solutions.The main conclusion of this paper is :1, The industrializing process is a supply and demand interactive process between industrial equipment and equipment industry. The industrializing process is at once a process of evolutionary progression of industrial structure and an ever developing process of industrial equipment .The technological tie between industrial equipment and equipment industry pushes the optimizing of industrial structure. The substitution of leading industry is a process that the advanced industrial equipment is continually utilized and the backward industrial equipment is continually eliminated, and the substitution of the leading industry manifests the continual upgrade of industrial equipment and the technological progress of equipment industry, and the contradiction interaction between industrial equipment and equipment industry is the impetus to push substitution of leading industry. The irrationality in industrial structure manifests the supply and demand contradiction between industrial equipment and equipment industry, and failure to keep harmonious development with other industries of the technical equipment of a certain industry causes the irrationality in industrial structure.2, The intrinsic determinative factor of development of Industrial equipment and equipment industry is the technology and capital, and the extrinsic influencing factor is the system. The supply and demand contradiction between industrial equipment and equipment industry first of all is manifested in the element constraint, and the constraining element of industrial equipment and equipment industry is different at different industrialization phases, and the system vicissitude is the important method to solve contradiction between industrial equipment element constraint and supply and demand contradiction.3, In our country, the element constraint of supply and demand contradiction between industrial equipment and equipment industry has undergone a process from capital constraint to technology constraint. At present stage, the interaction between industrial equipment and equipment industry in our country manifests a global trend, and the technology is still the constraint factor of industrial equipment and equipment industry, but globalization provides condition and possibility to the obtaining of elements, and system is the factor constraining industrial equipment and equipment industry development under globalization conditions. By using the system to promote the convergency of elements and push formation of technology capability, we can guarantee upgrade of industrial equipment and equipment industry development.
