Study On Informatization Investment Order In DZ Co.,ltd Base On Fuzzy Multiattribute Group Decision Making

Mankind has been in the information age, information technology has brought great changes to the world. To enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, informatization is necessary. Enterprise’s informationization construction costs a lot of money, takes a long time, and takes a big risk. In order to control the risk, improve the scientificity of informatization investment decision, People attached great importance to the research on the informatization investment decision.DZ company is an industry leader, and gradually takes the information construction as an important thing.But the informatization construction is at a low level, and there is an urgent need to build the decision method of informatization investment order.In this thesis, taking DZ Co.,Ltd as background, we study the informatization investment order of DZ Co.,Ltd, combined it’s development strategy and the station of information construction,based on the theory and methods of fuzzy multiattribute group decision making.Multiattribute decision making includes three major areas of content: attribute value, attribute weight, algorithm. First, we study the key factors of information construction in DZ Co.,Ltd, using the method of CSF. We summarize the key success factors of enterprise development by analyzing it’s development strategies, then we can sum up the key factors of information construction in DZ Co.,Ltd.We use the method of fuzzy complementary judgment matrix to determine the attribute weights. First, we design the decision table which used to determine the attribute weight. Then, the decision matrix will be rated by experts. After we check its consistency, we can calculate the attribute weights by using the method of MTM.We use expert evaluating method to determine the attribute value. Several experts rate the attribute of options, then the investment decision matrix will be builded.Then, we use CWGA method as the algorithm, and sum up the process of Calculation. At last, we use actual cases to validate and analyse the DZ’s decision methods of informatization investment order. And summarize this thesis,suggest some improvements.
