The second chapter is on the current status of the G bank documents center performance evaluation is introduced. The third chapter, according to the status quo of G bank centralized processing center, puts forward the realistic problems of performance appraisal, and analyzed the causes of these problems. The fourth chapter is this according to the problem of the performance assessment of the scheme design.
