Due to the accelerated development of economic globalization and information technology,product life is more shorter, caused market competition more fierce. Customer requires shorten production cycle time,make cost down. Enterprises in order to maximize the advantages, outsourcing their non-core technology to enhance the cooperation of suppliers. in the industrial division of labor, production, procurement, research and development, marketing, and other high segmentation, OEM emerged. Raw material supplier is the starting point, Enterprise benifits and operating performance is largely depends on the supplier.In mobile phone foundry enterprise, SZ company as the mobile phone industry leading enterprises, the requirements of the quality is the most important consideration, to control quality must be good control of each links, his end customer is consumers, in the terminal link of the whole supply chain. Due to the company’s personnel allocation and corporate strategic relationship, more than 90% of the company’s production link outsourced. 10% of which are company’s own R & D and production, so this thesis focuses on explaining outsourcing part.No detail description for company own study and production part owing to short rates.This page focuses on the development of SZ company, the company’s business strategy, outsourcing strategy, mobile phone and spare parts procurement strategy. At the same time, detailed the company’s existing suppliers system, and classificated the existing supplier factories and outsourcing supplier.make comparation to their advantages and disadvantages. To make up a supplier selection criteria, and ultimately make the choice of basis,in order to choose a suitable outsourcing supplier for reference for new projects.Based on supply chain management, purchasing management and supplier management theory and practice, combining to SZ company outsourcing factory management carried on the detailed analysis, strengthen the outsourcing factory cost management, performance management, risk management. Through the above management, SZ companys achieve complementary advantages with suppliers, mutual benefit, reduce the uncertainty of the market risk, achieve a win-win situation. Finally according to the development strategy and SZ company goal, analysis out the main risks of SZ company management strategy, and prevention measures of main risks.
