With the speeding up of the informationization,the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce,for enterprises to choose the organizational structure is varied,different enterprises have different choice,even if is the same,in different development period,also should choose to meet the needs of the growth form of organizational structure.YLW register was established in 2007,the company main business for software development,after ten years of development,the company from the original 10 people development to the present nearly two hundred people,earning from the hundreds of thousands yuan to tens of millions yuan,now,however,in this process,the company's organizational structure is not adjusted.With the rapid development of the company size and the diversified development of the business,especially in recent years,the company put forward the new strategic development target,the original organization structure appeared many problems in operating,and to some extent hindered the company better development.How to set up a set of organizational structure to adapt to the company's development,the operational strong organizational structure is an urgent problem for the company.The author research and analyze by YLW company organizational structure,find out the existing problems and in combination with the practical situation of the current proposed a set of feasible solutions-to the existing linear unity form organizational structure change to the divisional system organization structure,and puts forward a series of corresponding to the organizational structure change of form a complete set of measures to ensure the smooth operation of the organization structure change and implementation.The organization structure change,the small and medium-sized software enterprises have certain reference and reference,at the same time,in the study,for example illustrates the organization is in the growing change again,the corresponding organizational structure also need constant innovation to change,seeking to promote the sustainable development of its own organization structure is an important mission.
