| As knowledge economy is continuously developing and innovating, it has occupied a place in the global economy, knowledge flow has become important resource in supply chain enterprise. Supply chain enterprise need to initiatively grasp the core knowledge of industry in order to have competitive advantage. Currently the development of supply chain is a new model of economic development, its goal is not only to complete industrial chain, but also ensure the promotion of inter-enterprise, at the same time, it can ensure the constant development as well as innovation of technology and knowledge. It can enhance competitive advantage through strengthening knowledge systems. This paper is mainly focus on how to achieve knowledge transfer in supply chain enterprise, which is related to the factors of knowledge-transfer and the factors of how to react on the knowledge transfer.Firstly, combining theories and practices, this paper is based on the extant literatures, explores the component about supply chain management, knowledge transfer and existing content that related to supply chain enterprise knowledge transfer. The paper also describes different types of knowledge transfer and different research perspectives with knowledge transfer methods. It is necessary to conclude that supply chain enterprise is in progress of knowledge transfer. This papersummarizes influential factors of either domestic or overseas on knowledge transfer effect, constructs the causal diagram, which is centered in knowledge transfer on both sides including knowledge transfer situation and knowledge characteristics by applying system dynamics, and analyzes if the circle has been set up. Then the paper introduces other related variables to establish the flow diagram, then we test the knowledge transfer effect through simulated analysis and sensitivity analysis. Secondly, based on system dynamics analysis, this paper constructes a theoretical model including knowledge transfer, the recipient, knowledge transfer situation and the knowledge characteristics,and it proposes appropriate hypotheses. Thirdly, based on the data from the questionnaires, descriptive analysis of reliability and validity are adopted in result analysis, and judged the reasonability and manipulatability in the model; then this paper validates the further hypothesis based on the regression model.After the analysis above, we give our conclusion. First of all, due to the supply chain has its special nature, this paper can make up of the shortage of knowledge chain through knowledge transfer, so that the speed is developed for inter-enterprise to acquire knowledge, and it is contributed to increase the efficiency, accelerate the pace of knowledge update. At the same time, the development of knowledge on recycling capacity has been improved. Secondly, by using the system dynamics tosimulate the dynamic process of knowledge transfer, this paper concludes that the change of knowledge specialisation, tacitness, transfer inclination and organizational distance gives the rise to changes in knowledge transfer effect. Through the regression analysis, this paper concludes that the negative correlation exists between knowledge specialisation,tacitness and knowledge transfer effect, positive correlation exists between transfer inclination, absorptive capacity and knowledge transfer effect. The degree of relationship is insignificantly related to knowledge transfer effect, organizational distance is not negatively related to knowledge transfer effect. The degree of relationship cannot positively moderate the relationship between knowledge transfer effect and knowledge tacitness, and it cannot positively moderate the relationship between knowledge transfer effect and knowledge specialisation, the hypotheses is not true. Organizational distance can positively moderate the relationship between knowledge tacitness, knowledge specialisation and knowledge transfer effect. The degree of relationship can positively moderate the relationship between knowledge transfer effect and transfer inclination, the hypotheses is true. The degree of relationship cannot positively moderate the relationship between knowledge transfer effect and absorptive capacity, the hypotheses is not true. Organizational distance can positively moderate the relationship between knowledge tacitness, absorptive capacity and knowledge transfer effect.Based on the inherent mechanism of supply chain enterprise, this paper uses Vensim to analyze the knowledge transfer dynamics,constructs the theoretical model of factors of supply chain knowledge transfer effect, and uses SPSS to analyze and research. As a result, this paper finds a number of shortcomings, points out the future research directions, proposes broad ideas for the future and provides further exploration and innovation content. Overall, it can provide a strong practical guide for supply chain enterprise to achieve more competitive advantages. |
