Abstract/Summary:
With developing of the knowledge economy and accelerating competition, enterprises need foster resource and capabilities, which are come from product level, system level and core level, to improve self competitiveness. As an important internal factor of Enterprise’s core competence, Human resource management capability is attracting more and more attention gradually. Under the increasingly intensive competition, the key of Enterprise building up inimitable competitive advantages is develop and manage human resource effectively. Facing the ceaseless change of the external environment, it is simply not an overnight process to improve human resource management capacity, it’s gradual. Based on CMM, we measuring current status of human resource management capability and improve it by classification method.In view of the current situation, we carry out the study on human resource management capability maturity combine theories of human resource management capability, CMM and P-CMM, then analyze components of human resource management capability and maturity standards, propose the define ranking and improving analysis methods, describe present condition and constructing meaning, complete the constructing of human resource management capability maturity model, lastly make the implementation of evaluation plans and path of ascension. Finally, Taking MESNAC as an example, we carry on the application of human resource management capability maturity research, complete MESNAC’s human resource management capability maturity assessment by Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation, and offer proposals on perfecting and implementing this evaluation system.
