The Impact Of Team Learning Goal Orientation On Team Creativity

In the context of the continuous development of goal-oriented theory,the goal of team learning is also receiving more and more attention.Team learning goal orientation is a dimension of team goal orientation.It refers to the team members' perception of the overall learning atmosphere in team work and the understanding of learning objectives.Team learning goal orientation has a positive guiding effect on the direction of action of each member of the team,and has a positive effect on team performance and team goal realization.In addition,team creativity represents the core competitiveness of the company.In the past,the exploration of team creativity suggested that team learning goal orientation can effectively improve team creativity,but the exploration of the interaction mechanism and boundary effects between these two variables is still in its infancy.stage.In this context,based on the goal-oriented theory,this paper uses team creative efforts as mediators,intellectual stimulation as a moderator,and in-depth study of why and when team learning goals can improve team creativity.team creativeefforts to refer to the degree of input of team members to new ideas.If there is input,it is possible to produce creative results.Therefore,this paper uses team creativity as an intermediary variable to explore the process mechanism between the two.The effect of team learning goal-oriented will be influenced by the intellectual stimulation of team leaders.Therefore,this paper uses intellectual stimulation as the adjustment variable to explore the boundary effects of independent variables and mediators.The sample of this study is a work team in a private company.The questionnaire data is mainly collected in Hangzhou and Jiaxing,and65 team samples are obtained through the matching questionnaires.The study used SPSS and AMOS statistical software to analyze the data.The results show that:(1)team learning goal orientation positively affects team creativity;(2)team learning goal orientation positively affects team creative efforts;(3)team creative efforts positively influence team creativity;(4)team The mediating role of team creative efforts is significant;(5)the relationship between intellectual stimulation negative adjustment team learning goal orientation and team creative efforts,when the leadership's intellectual stimulation level is higher,the team learning goal orientation is positive for team creative efforts.The impact will be weakened.This study further validates the positive impact of team learninggoal orientation on team creativity.The empirical results verify the mediating role of team creative efforts and the regulatory influence of intellectual stimulation,and contribute to how team learning goal orientation plays a role in team creativity,and how to improve team creativity under the leadership intellectual stimulation it provides some inspiration and provides a new management approach for the construction and development of the corporate team.
