Study On The Modern Agricultural Development In Lintao County Of Gansu Province Under Ecological Security

Recently,the central gove rnment at tache d great importance to "Three Rural Issues".To s olve "Three Rural Issues" is closely related to the construction plan of economy,ecology and people’s livelihood.The devel opment of modern agri cult ure is the important way of cracking "Three Rural Is s ues".The development process of modern agr1 eulture is to transform the tradi tional agr icultural growth,adjus t the agricultural economy structure and realize the best sound and more rapid agricultural development.P romoting the modern agricultural development has im portant significance to solve "Three Rural Is sues",relieve t he eco-environment press and real iz e the sustainable and favorable agricultur al development.Lintao County belonging the concentrated desti tute are as in Liupan Mountai ns is in the central area of Gansu Province.The agr icultural proporti on of Lintao County is lage r,and the development l evel is low,so the task of building modern agricul ture is very arduous.For a long ti me,the agricul tural development st ill follow t he way what is high i nvestment and energy consumpt ion,low income of agricultural production,it lead to the fragile natural ecological environment more worse and great ly infl uenced about the sustained agricultural devel opment in Lintao.The way of s ustainable agricultural development in Lintao include:adopting the strategy of "constructing ecological count y",exploring the way of sus tai nable development on ecological protection and economic gr owth, promoting transformat ion and leap-forward agricultural development.This article used Lintao(the traditional agricul ture county) as t he st arting point,On the basis of the survey and analys is t o the curre nt situation of agricul tural development, advantage and disadvant age of the modern agricultural development in Lintao County,it benef icial ly explored and study the modern agricultural development in Lintao County under ecologi cal secur ity.Som e measures were also put forward to improve t he sustainable agricultural developm ent in Lintao County, they are showed as foll ow: rationally developi ng and using agricultural resources, strengthening the envi ronment prot ection and ecological constructi on,conti nuously adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure of agriculture,devel oping the char acte ristic and advantageous agriculture,cultivating and perfecting the rural market and service sys tem;more quickly promoting the process of agricultural industrialization management and so on.
