Recent years, with the vigorous development of Chinese real estate market and the process of urbanization, Chinese decoration industry has shown great potential for development and meantime new decorative materials are constantly emerging which encourages decoration enterprises springing up just like bamboo shoots after a spring rain. Expanding consumers demands and prompting family decoration into every household has become a trend and residential renovation has become an important part of the housing industry. But at the same time,with the development of the industry, there is no obvious change of enterprise management mode instead of the increasingly apparent lack of coordination and no effective way to improve the enthusiasm of the staff and work efficiency.Companies have experienced serious brain drain after many reforms. In view of this,it`s especially significant to find out the existing problems and solutions by means of making the current situation of the industry as the object of study to improve staff incentive model.The paper focuses on Gansu Mindong decoration design Engineering Co., Ltd. as the research object which occupies the largest market share of the Gansu decoration industry. first of all, it demonstrates the business background,then the significance and methods of the staff incentive mode. Secondly,it analyzes the status of Gansu Mindong decoration design Engineering Co., Ltd. Then finds the problems by questionnaire of 336 staff and on-the-spot investigation. The results show that the staff on all aspects of the incentive model evaluation is on the general level.Gender age, working years and educational background do matter.Then it analyzes the reasons in depth. Again starting from the management motivation, strengthen the incentive method flexible and diversified, strengthen staff training, salary design and perfect staff career development planning and incentive mode implementation principle theory, it dives into the enterprise incentive model improvement strategies to elaborate those aspects. Finally from two part of the conditions of the implementation of the incentive model and the safeguard measures of the new incentive model, it demonstrates the guarantee strategy of the company’s incentive measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the incentive measures.This thesis adopts the combination of theory and practice method to investigate the employees of Gansu Mindong decorate design Engineering Co., Ltd..Through effective questionnaires and the use of spss20.0 software for descriptive statistics analysis,I found the staff overall assessment of the incentive model is in the general level which remains to be further improved. As I research in depth, I dig out the existing problems of corporate incentive mode: firstly, incentive system is not optimized; secondly the form of incentive model lacks of diversification; thirdly, incentiveutility models are low; fourthly, the identification of incentive mode is low; finally, fairness of incentive model is poor and meanwhile I also analyzed the causes of these problems proposed a series of improvement measures to the symptomatic resolution. In the event of grow stronger。Gansu Mindong decoration design Engineering Co., Ltd. has to solve the problems about employees. The research will be of great significant for Mindong to take root in the native and develop across the country. At the same time, it also has a certain reference value to the management of the whole decoration industry.
